Human Resources Officer (C&B)

Responsibilities
  • Responsible in full spectrum of HR functions for the assigned department / section(s) including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, planning & organizing employee wellbeing programmes and perform data analysis;
  • Act as a business partner to understand the company's people needs and to generate value-added people solutions to the business unit head and their team.
  • Handle projects such as forecasting, medical renewal, salary and bonus review, salary structure review
  • Assist in reviewing and developing HR policies, guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance to HK labour ordinance and other local regulations
  • Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for management review
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, or in any relevant discipline
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years' solid experience in HR generalist or C&B role
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
  • Proficient in MS Excel, strong knowledge in HR systems is an advantage
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
  • Strong numerical sense, detail oriented and Self-motivated
  • Possess a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work well under pressure
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities:
  • Assist department management to seek business opportunities and to manage customer relationships. 
  • Ensure all related activities are in line with the company’s strategy and development
  •  Support the management team on the corporate development plans, transition to 3RS and other research studies
  •  Prepare relevant information, analyses and insight relating to market intelligence
  •  Reach out for new revenue source and initiate new products/services to capture additional revenue
  •  Oversee the monthly traffic report and other major corporate traffic related reports
  • Provide specific traffic analyses/reports and market intelligence to internal/external parties as and when appropriate
  • Participating customer airlines handling review meeting for customer feedback
  • Any other ad-hoc project assigned by the Department Head, CEO and the Board

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business or any other related discipline
  • Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience, experience gained in Aviation industry is preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proven track record on business development plans that successfully bring in new and long-term business revenue
  • Effective communicator – clear and concise written/verbal communications with internal and external parties across all functions and levels
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Customer centric, good marketing sense and sensitive to trends
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Multitasking with prioritization, positive “can-do” attitude
  • Willing to embrace challenge and work with limited time and resources, able to work independently and under pressure
