The E-commerce Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the technology infrastructure and systems associated with e-commerce operations. This role involves planning, implementing, and maintaining robust e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless online transactions, and driving the growth and success of the company’s online sales channels.


E-commerce Strategy

  • Develop and execute the company’s e-commerce strategy in collaboration with the management team to drive revenue growth, increase customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall online shopping experience
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
E-commerce Platform Management
  • Assess, select, and manage e-commerce platforms, including content management systems (CMS), shopping carts, payment gateways, and order management systems (OMS)
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and customization of e-commerce software and ensure seamless integration with other internal systems, such as inventory management and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security, performance, and scalability of e-commerce platforms
Website Development and Maintenance
  • Coordinate with web development teams or external agencies to design, develop, and enhance e-commerce websites, ensuring optimal user experience, mobile responsiveness, and search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Regularly monitor and analyze website performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement improvements to increase conversion rates and customer engagement
Online Merchandising
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure accurate product information, pricing, promotions, and inventory availability on the e-commerce platforms
  • Implement effective merchandising strategies, including product categorization, cross-selling, upselling, and person
  • Handle any other ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or above in Digital Marketing, Information Technology, E-commerce or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in E-commerce, Web/ Digital Project
  • Strong knowledge in digital marketing platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Google tools
  • Solid experience in e-Commerce platform /online business and marketing research or business development
  • Proven experience in SEO/SEM
  • Understanding of CMS is a big plus
  • Able to work independently and a good team player
  • Good communication skills in written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred
