Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support quality improvement initiatives, especially Quality Assurance supporting improvement whilst ensuring focus customers airlines, IATA and relevant authorities;
  • Manage all Emergency Response management (ERM) associated functions, including maintain the Emergency Response Plan (ERP), arrange emergency drills, raise E&A awareness and coordinate with Authorities to support different E&A exercises;
  • Ensure a ‘Zero Tolerance’ policy toward anything that compromises quality and safety;
  • Create, implement, maintain and enhance policies, strategy, initiatives, procedures, audit plans and practices that support the quality / safety objectives;
  • Deliver QA policy, procedures, health, safety and security regulations to ensure all staff are aware and strictly follow;
  • Ensure QA documentation meets the requirements of management, organisation manuals and guidelines, including the development of a holistic library system with hierarchy;
  • Assist and support Senior Safety and Quality Assurance Manager (SSQAM) on annual budgets, environmental and sustainability matters;
  • Coordinate and organize quality/safety related events and promotions;
  • Any ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements: 
  • Degree holder in Quality Management/ Business Administration or related discipline;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of aviation quality or other related field, preferred with 2 years in managerial level;
  • Experience in conducting ISAGO program is an advantage;
  • Good knowledge of all aspects related to IATA, ICAO, airport operations and airport safety;
  • Excellent planning and organization skills;
  • Multi-tasking within time constraint;
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English;
  • Self-motivated and work independently;
  • Driving license is an advantage;
  • Ability to work outdoor

Human Resources Supervisor (C&B)

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible full spectrum of C&B functions including monthly payroll calculation, employee compensation, MPF, tax returns and other C&B related matters;
  • Handle final payment arrangement & calculation;
  • Maintain and update employee P-files, leave records;
  • Handle projects such as budgeting and forecasting, medical renewal, salary and bonus review, salary structure review;
  • Partner with operation managers to provide value added solutions and advices;
  • Assist in reviewing and developing HR policies, guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance to HK labour ordinance and other local regulations;
  • Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for management review;
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements: 
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related discipline;
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience gained from sizeable organization plus 3 years supervisory experience; 
  • Hands-on experience in handling work injury cases will be an advantage;
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance & other HR related legislation;
  • Ability to perform under pressure;
  • Independent, proactive, self-motivated, good team player with good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and IT skills;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager (C&B);
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
