
With the purpose of fighting the COVID-19 pandemic, SATS HK has carried out a series of preventive measures that to minimize the risk of COVID-19 spreading within the workplaces and protect our employees and customers as top priority.
1. Safety tips are issued to strengthen staff awareness on precautionary measures against COVID-19.
2. All staff are equipped with the protective gears during work including face mask and face shield
3. Conducting deep clean regularly for all vehicles.
4. Protective curtains are installed in all the crew buses that to protect the driver and the passengers.
5. Conducting deep clean regularly in office premises.
6. Alcohol sprays, hand sanitizers and disinfectant mats are equipped in the office workplaces.
7. Performing disinfection every 2 hours within the workplaces.
8. Conducting patrols by Safety and Quality Assurance Team to ensure the preventive measures are implemented effectively

Segregated Handling of Passenger Flights
In response to Hong Kong Airport Authority’s requirement, segregation of flight handling between Mainland and outside Mainland had been implemented at the Hong Kong International Airport. In light of that, SATS HK had redesigned the facilities and set up dedicated teams to perform duties in each zone.
