Segregated Handling of Passenger Flights

In response to the Airport Authority Hong Kong’s latest public health and safety precautionary measures that designated zones namely the Green Zone (i.e. for flights from/to Mainland) and the Orange Zone (i.e. for flights from/to places outside Mainland) set up in Terminal 1, SATS HK has formulated implementation to segregate staff facilities located in the Terminal and set up dedicated teams to perform duties in each zone.

The health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority.
In response to COVID-19 epidemic, we have taken the following precautionary measures.


1. Safety notices and SOP issued to increase staff awareness on precaution measures against COVID-19.

2. Required employees must wear masks, face shield and gloves when operating flights.

3. Deep cleaning carried out to all vehicles regularly.

4. Set up of plastic screen in crew bus to protect driver and equipped buses with Hand Sanitizer Gel

5. Deep cleaning to office areas regularly and rearrange of table set up to maintain distance of at least 1.5m

6. Set up disinfection area with Alcohol, Hand Sanitizer Gel and disinfected carpet at the office entrance and though out the office areas.
