Assistant Project Manager – People Management

Degree or above Corporate Office

Responsibilities:

  • Participate & handle recruitment & arrange training to staff for various projects;
  • Prepare and adjust staff roster for various projects;
  • Ensure daily operations are running smoothly by coordinating with internal and external parties (Onsite & offsite)
  • Handle day to day enquiries and complaints in a professional manner;
  • Perform other administrative duties;
  • Any other ad-hoc project assigned

Requirements: 

  • Associate Degree/ Higher Diploma or equivalent in Business or any other related discipline;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, experience gained in Aviation industry is preferred;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Effective communicator – clear and concise written/verbal communications with internal and external parties across all functions and levels;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and detail-oriented;
  • Multitasking with prioritization, positive “can-do” attitude;
  • Willing to embrace challenge and work with limited time and resources, able to work independently and under pressure;
  • High integrity, results oriented, and creative
