Assistant Project Manager – People Management
Responsibilities:
- Participate & handle recruitment & arrange training to staff for various projects;
- Prepare and adjust staff roster for various projects;
- Ensure daily operations are running smoothly by coordinating with internal and external parties (Onsite & offsite)
- Handle day to day enquiries and complaints in a professional manner;
- Perform other administrative duties;
- Any other ad-hoc project assigned
Requirements:
- Associate Degree/ Higher Diploma or equivalent in Business or any other related discipline;
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, experience gained in Aviation industry is preferred;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Effective communicator – clear and concise written/verbal communications with internal and external parties across all functions and levels;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and detail-oriented;
- Multitasking with prioritization, positive “can-do” attitude;
- Willing to embrace challenge and work with limited time and resources, able to work independently and under pressure;
- High integrity, results oriented, and creative
