Part-time Human Resources Assistant (Recruitment)
Responsibilities:
- Support Recruitment Team to handle end-to-end recruitment for both frontline and corporate staff included but not limited to posting job ads, screening CVs, arranging interviews, making offer as well as handling onboarding process;
- Coordinate various recruitment activities like job fair, career talk and recruitment day;
- Input and maintain accurate staff information and records in HRIS;
- Handle & control related airport permit application process;
- Support any ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in any relevant discipline;
- Basic knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & other HR related legislation is highly appreciated;
- With basic skills to create designs/graphics for social media posts will be an advantage;
- Proactive, good team player with good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Able to work 3-4 days per week;
- Student/ Fresh graduate are also welcome;
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
