Human Resources Supervisor

Degree or above Corporate Office

Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Manager to handle end-to-end recruitment for both frontline and corporate staff included but not limited to posting job ads, screening CVs, arranging and conducting interviews, preparing hiring proposal, making offer as well as handling onboarding process
  • Coordinate various recruitment activities like job fair, career talk and recruitment day
  • Conduct orientation training
  • Input and maintain accurate staff information and records in HRIS
  • Assist in various HR projects such as HRMS enhancement, employee relations
  • Compile and prepare various HR reports and statistics
  • Support any ad hoc projects as assigned by management



Requirements: 

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, or in any relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 year relevant working experience
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & other HR related legislation
  • With recruiting experience through digital platforms
  • With basic skills to create designs/graphics for social media posts
  • Strong research skills
  • A can-do attitude
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Independent, proactive, self-motivated, good team player with good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and IT skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
