Assistant Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support quality improvement initiatives, especially Quality Assurance supporting improvement whilst ensuring focus customers airlines, IATA and relevant authorities;

Director, Safety, Quality & Corporate Compliance

Responsibilities:

  • Develop quality improvement initiatives, especially in the area of Quality Assurance supporting continuous improvement whilst ensuring focus Customers airlines, IATA and relevant authorities, e.g. ISAGO, HKCAD etc. 
  • Oversees the Safety, Quality & Corporate Compliance Department and ensure compliance with the Hong Kong Labour Department’s Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance 
  • Responsible for the implementation, maintenance and day-to-day administration of the Safety Management System (SMS) throughout SATS HK, including all stations, on behalf of Accountable Executive and senior management 
  • Establish and review policies and procedures to achieve quality assurance in operations and follow up on any corrective actions if necessary 
  • Ensure the smooth operations of the quality assurance system in the Company includes but not limited to ISAGO, CEIV etc. 
  • Promote and cultivate a positive safety culture and environment
  • Identify the strength and weakness of the Safety, Quality & Corporate Compliance Department and formulate the departmental strategy 
  • Benchmark against industrial best practice and evaluate for adoption and implementation
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with airlines, Airport Authority or other external parties for all aspects of corporate safety
