Responsibilities:
- Support Recruitment Team to handle end-to-end recruitment for both frontline and corporate staff included but not limited to posting job ads, screening CVs, arranging interviews, making offer as well as handling onboarding process
- Coordinate various recruitment activities like job fair, career talk and recruitment day
- Input and maintain accurate staff information and records in HRIS
- Handle & control related airport permit application process
- Assist in various HR projects such as HRMS enhancement, employee relations
- Compile and prepare various HR reports and statistics
- Support any ad hoc projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in any relevant discipline
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
- Basic knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & other HR related legislation
- With recruiting experience through digital platforms
- With basic skills to create designs/graphics for social media posts
- A can-do attitude
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Independent, proactive, self-motivated, good team player with good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and IT skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer (Recruitment)
