Human Resources Assistant

Roles:
  • To provide support in employee movements including coordination of interviews, follow-up of placement, data verification, system input, etc.
Accountability:
  • Maintain accurate staff information and records in HC system and manage filing systems;
  • Prepare manpower related reports and analysis for management review;
  • Assist in organizing staff relation activities;
  • Assist in payroll administration, e.g. handling time attendance and leave management
  • Any other ad-hoc projects assigned
Capabilities and Experience: 
  • Entry level - no prior job-related work experience required
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, or in any relevant discipline
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & other HR related legislation,
  • Responsive and proactive in handling HR issues,
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Good team player, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and detail-minded
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

Human Resources Officer (C&B)

Responsibilities
  • Responsible in full spectrum of C&B functions including monthly payroll calculation, employee compensation, MPF, tax returns and other C&B related matters 
  • Handle projects such as budgeting and forecasting, medical renewal, salary and bonus review, salary structure review
  • Assist in reviewing and developing HR policies, guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance to HK labor ordinance and other local regulations
  • Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for management review
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, or in any relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 - 4 years' solid experience in HR generalist or C&B role
  • Proficient in MS Excel, knowledge in HR systems 
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
  • Strong numerical sense, detail oriented and Self-motivated
  • Possess a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work well under pressure
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
