Human Resources Officer (Recruitment)

Degree or above Corporate Office

  • To assist Human Resources Department to provide comprehensive HR services on talent acquisition, employee compensation and benefits as well as the support on staff relations and development.
  • To support and coordinate in general HR functions, including recruitment, staff benefit administration, company events and activities, etc
  • To assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies, procedures and practices
  • To design innovative HR strategies and solutions to meet business growth needs
  • To develop and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and the effectiveness in line with corporate objective and goals
  • Any other HR services as required by direct supervisor
  • Diploma / Degree holder in Business Administration / Human Resources
  • Minimum 2-3 years of job-related experience required
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & other HR related legislation
  • Responsive and proactive in handling HR issues
  • Keen analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Leadership skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access), and IT skills
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
