Assistant Human Resources Manager

Degree or above Corporate Office

Responsibilities:
  • To perform full spectrum HR Duties include but not limited to provide manpower planning, talent acquisition, staff development, staff relations and compensation and benefits.
  • Monitor full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning, talent acquisition, staff development, staff relations and compensation and benefits, and other key HR duties
  • Provide advice and support to HR Manager and business units regarding HR strategy, analysis and best practice to meet corporate objectives and goals
  • Review and implement HR policies, procedures and practices
  • Generate regular reports and provide detailed analysis for management review
  • Regularly review the internal workflow, procedures and internal & external documents to ensure compliance with related ordinances
  • Maintenance HRIS
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
Qualification: 
  • Degree holder in Business Administration / Human Resources
  • Minimum 4-5 years of related working experience is required
  • Logical thinking, high accuracy and a team player
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Leadership skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
