Administrative Officer (Operation Planning & Support)

Responsibility:
  • Provide administration support for the Operation Planning & Support Department.
  • Carry out verification of invoices and inputting of data in the budget control system.
  • Compile reports through the budget control system and report trends to his / her superior.
  • Follow-up with accident quotations and quote comparison for approval.
  • Follow-up with Airport Authority with post-accident reports.
  • Monitor AVL and road licence end date and make sure that vehicles are inspected on-time.
  • Communicate with repair and maintenance contractors as well as operators.
  • Monitor and develop reports for analysis.
  • Develop, maintain and upkeep a filing system for all documents within the department.
  • Carry out all daily clerical duties as required.
Qualification:
  • Form 5 or above
  • No prior job-related work experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Be responsible, self-motivated, proactive, customer-orientated and good organization skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadline

Assistant Finance Manager

Respsonsibilities:

  • Compilation of annual financial budget, long-term plan and ad-hoc forecast for the Company
  • Monitor cash flow forecast
  • Monitor budget usage
  • Cost and margin analysis on business case
  • Draftdepartmental policies, management and financial reports 
  • Assist Manager, Finance and Financial Controller upon request
  • Supervise sub-ordinate to complete daily task on budget approval and annual budget
  • Estimate the financial viability of new business initiatives/ airlines through the establishment and maintenance and developing of the financial modelling tools

Qualification:

Corporate and Legal Executive

Duty:
  • Provide full range of legal support to all stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Assist and facilitate Company’s company secretarial matters
Responsibilities:
  • To undertake and conduct researches on legal issues
  • To review, compose and formulate simple agreements and letters
  • To support non-contentious, contentious and/or litigious legal matters
  • To shoulder and manage Company’s legally related documentation filing and archive systems
  • To liaise with all external and internal parties including but not limited to lawyers, company secretary, regulatory bodies and authorities

Qualification:

Executive Assistant to CEO/COO

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a highly professional and wide-ranging executive Personal Assistance and administration support service to the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") /Chief Operating Officer ("COO")
  • directly support the CEO and COO with relevant administration activity, providing full spectrum of secretarial and planning support to CEO/COO
  • Closely manage and coordinate day-to-day activities for the CEO/COO including calendar management, business appointments and client meetings;
  • Provide high-level secretarial support to key internal and external meetings involving the CEO/COO, including preparation of agenda and presentation material, coordinating or writing papers, producing minutes and ensuring follow-up actions are progressed;
  • Handle business correspondence, reports, proposals, agreements and confidential documents as required;
  • Work with department heads and executives to ensure tasks assigned to them by CEO/COO are delivered on time;

Qualification:
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required;
  • Minimum 2 years of secretarial experience in serving senior management preferably from sizable companies;
  • Formal secretarial training preferred;
  • Must be able to work collaboratively, ranging from colleagues to external stakeholders;
  • Demonstrable level of numeracy and ability to analyse statistical and financial data;
  • Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin in both spoken and written;
  • Good PC Skill incl. PPT and Excel and Calendar Management;
  • Working experience in aviation industry is an advantage.
