Responsibilities:
  • Report to the Senior HR Manager on various HR projects in view of business expansion and transformation
  • Work closely with management to develop company's policies & procedures, manpower planning, performance management & staff cost budgeting, etc in line with business goals and needs
  • Leading a small team and oversee full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to compensation and benefits, budgeting, and permit control etc
  • Monitor work injury cases and manage with parties of insurance company, broker and loss adjustor
  • Assist to review and streamline the payroll and other C&B policies and procedures
  • Assist in benchmarking exercise, annual salary review and bonus payout process throughout the company
  • Regularly review the internal workflow, procedures and internal & external documents to ensure compliance with related ordinances
  • Experience to maintain HRIS with continuous improvement
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
Qualification:
  • Degree holder in Business Administration / Human Resources or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Have proven keen work experience on work injury related cases
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good command in English and Cantonese

Assistant IT Manager

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Manage the team to provide IT support and solutions for the Company to maximize the efficiency
Responsibilities:
  • Internal technical IT support and troubleshooting
  • Monitor and verify work on vendors in providing IT services

Qualification:

  • Experience in IT Support, IT Project Management, Vendor Management or System Analysis is essential
  • Experiences in Airline Departure Control Systems and Common User Terminal Equipment (CUTE) is preferred
  • Solid experience in server maintenance and Cloud server management

Human Resources Officer (C&B)

Responsibilities
  • Responsible in full spectrum of C&B functions including monthly payroll calculation, employee compensation, MPF, tax returns and other C&B related matters

Quality Assurance Executive / Assistant Manager (Aviation)

Job Purposes:
  • Assist and support quality improvement initiatives, especially in the area of Quality Assurance supporting continuous improvement whilst ensuring focus Customers airlines, IATA and relevant authorities, e.g. ISAGO, HKCAD etc.
  • To manage all Emergency Response management (ERM) associated functions, such as maintain the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and to arrange emergency drills, coordinate with Authorities to support different E&A exercises, raise overall E&A awareness, etc.
  • Support the brands commitment to excellence and the accompanying ethos of safety and quality.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of effective Quality Assurance activity within the operational areas. Assist Safety section to deliver the Safety Management System (SMS).
Accountabilities:
  • Ensure a ‘Zero Tolerance’ policy toward anything that compromises quality and safety
  • Maintain a Quality Assurance Policy Manual
  • Ensure Quality Assurance (QA) policy is complete, accurate and accessible by all staff
  • Create, implement and maintain policies, procedures, controls, reviews, audit plans and practices that support the quality / safety objective
  • Develop and deliver QA Procedures to ensure all staff are aware and follow appropriate procedures
  • Develop and record any procedure not currently covered and assist in the continued development of documented procedures
  • Ensure QA documentation meets the requirements of the organisation and management, e.g. manuals, guidelines etc.,including the development of a holistic library system with hierarchy

  • Support MSQA/SM on environmental and sustainability matters with respect to Quality
  • Assist in planning and implementing quality initiatives
  • Coordinate and organize quality/safety related events/promotions
  • To comply with all regulations and requirements with regards to health, safety and security set by the Company and relevant authorities while on duty

 Capabilities and Experience: 
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant aviation experience, with experience in quality assurance is preferred
  • Higher Diploma / Asso or above in related discipline
  • Experience in conducting ISAGO program is a definite advantage
  • Good knowledge of all aspects related to IATA, ICAO, airport operation and airport safety
  • Detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent command of both spoken and written English
  • Sound planning and organization skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks within demanding time constraints in an independent manner
  • A team-player, able to perform under pressure
  • Driving license is an advantage
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a solid background in data analysis
