Human Resources Officer (C&B)

Responsibilities
  • Responsible in full spectrum of C&B functions including monthly payroll calculation, employee compensation, MPF, tax returns and other C&B related matters 
  • Handle projects such as budgeting and forecasting, medical renewal, salary and bonus review, salary structure review
  • Assist in reviewing and developing HR policies, guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance to HK labor ordinance and other local regulations
  • Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for management review
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, or in any relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 - 4 years' solid experience in HR generalist or C&B role
  • Proficient in MS Excel, knowledge in HR systems 
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
  • Strong numerical sense, detail oriented and Self-motivated
  • Possess a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work well under pressure
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

IT Manager

JOB PURPOSE:
  • Manage the team to provide IT support and solutions for the Company to maximize the efficiency
Responsibilities:
  • Internal technical IT support and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and verify work on vendors in providing IT services.
  • Manage vendors to monitor and fine-tune various system and database performances.
  • Manage vendors to identify, trouble-shoot and resolve system-related problems.
  • Propose and provide functional and technical requirements to vendors, participate in design specifications, and coordinate the user acceptance testing, user training, user change management, pre-implementation preparation and post-implementation support activities.
  • Ensure that IT projects are delivered within approved schedule and budget, and ensuring that the delivered system meets all business’ needs.
  • Answer usage queries from the end users, and help to follow up on issues / problems that vendors are not able to revert or close within the stipulated agreement.
  • To comply with all regulations and requirements with regards to health, safety and security set by the Company and relevant authorities while on duty.
  • Take reasonable care of the health and safety of self and of others. 
  • Carry out any other duties as required and directed by the Company.
 Qualification: 
  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in IT Support, IT Project Management, Vendor Management or System Analysis is essential
  • Experiences in Airline Departure Control Systems and Common User Terminal Equipment (CUTE) is preferred
  • Experiences in manage a team of IT staffs is preferred
  • Good communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is an advantage
  • Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
